Real Book Song Index

This site provides an index of all songs appearing in volumes 1-3 of the Real Book and volumes 1-3 of Chuck Sher's New Real Book series.  The files are available in various formats for Windows and DOS.  Just hit one of the buttons below to download a zip file of your chosen format.

This is not the scores themselves, nor is it a link to the scores - it's just an index to their page numbers in the books! 

Tunes beginning with "A" or "The" are in the index twice, e.g., "The Night Has A Thousand Eyes" is listed as "The Night Has A Thousand Eyes" and "Night Has A Thousand Eyes, The."

Possible future features:

  1. Addition of composers
  2. Addition of file formats for earlier version of Word and Access
  3. Enhancement of the Access Database version (addition of queries, forms, reports)
